I'm filling out a claim form. How do I show proof of replacement cost? I didn't buy an identical replacement (broken monitor) and I have no reciept from when I shipped the thing, and the monitor has been discontinued, so I can't just find an ad that lsits the price. Can I just highlight the Insured Value: $150 on the recipt for proof of replacement cost?

you dont need a detailed "proof of replacement", just fire up excel and make an invoice with the amount of $150

thats what i did when they lost 3 PS2's. they paid out with no problem.

Then youthink I can jsut attach my UPS reciept with the "insured value: $150" on it? Is that good enough?

They also ask for "Shipper invoice", "PickUp record Number", and "shipper reference number" Where the heck do I find those?

they insure a lot, INCLUDING electronics. they wont insure loose stones, cash, and one of a kind stuff like human remains.
