Anyone ever encounter this ?

Under Win2k.. computer has started but somehow the Monitor does not turn on and have to restart a few times before the monitor shows its display. Strangely everything is ok... Advise

Is is with an LCD monitor .. i cant think of it ever happning with a normal CRT
