I went to the grocery store about a week ago and bought some ground beef and today cooked it up. Kind of grounded it up and I'm now eating it with some bread but thats it. Anybody do this or eat it by its self?

So, basically, you're eating a hamburger with no condiments.

I have seen people order a hamburger without a bun because they are on a low-carb diet.

I once ate my report card to prevent my parents from seeing it, I would imagine that minced beef would taste very similar

And I thought I was lazy...

Add some BBQ sauce, ketchup, and a little bit of water right when you finish browning it, make sloppy joes. Or throw in some taco seasoning instead, make tacos. Takes 2 minutes beyond the 5 you spent browning the meat, and you don't even have to get any extra pans dirty.

Or make hamburger patties out of it, that'll at least have some moisture and taste left in it when you decide to eat it plain.

The problem with store bought beef is it's always dry and tasteless. Go to a real butcher shop and you'll never go back.

My parents buy a whole cow every year, I got spoiled on awesome beef growing up. Since it's just them at home now, I usually end up with a good portion of it 😀

I agree with Mr Bond. I grew up in eastern washington near an older couple that raised beef with as limited horomone use as possible. Nothing here in seattle comes close to the quality of it.

Sure.. I've cooked up ground beef with just salt, pepper and garlic salt and ate it... Only a few times though, when there was nothing else and I was hungry.
