I had a 1963 Olds 98 and I could stretch out on the front seat and not touch either door. I was 6'1" at the time. Great for a date at the drive-in movies 😉

Oddly my 1989 Caviller VL (Very Little) was the best because the passenger seat would recline to nearly flat.

A friend had a Nash Rambler that advertised that the seats made a bed.

Looks like a double or queen to me, but this was the time when even married couples in TV shows had twin beds with a night table between them. No hankey pankey on the censors watch.

But we could see the sun and feel the fresh air on our faces.

And we pulled into different ports every couple of weeks, vs. 6 months looking at the same ugly sailors, that probably started looking better in a month or so.
 
Ahhh, old huge vehicles with REAL metal bumpers and not the wimpy plastic ones like they have now.
