There would be the initial investment in the press and the inks, squeeges, shirts, etc of course, but I wonder how viable an idea it would be. I want to make shirts with actual designs (such as at ISO50) and without big logos on them, because it is hard as all get out to find stuff like that.

I could definitely make the designs myself, and the webpage as well (the graphics I could handle, but it wouldn't have fancy flash everywhere and such).
