Anyone ever do a group interview/excercise?

This coming Saturday I'm going to participate in a group excercise as part of an interview process but I have no idea what to expect. I assume we're going to have a problem that we're going to have to try to figure out involving a consulting case of some sort. How should I go about taking care of it? I imagine it'll be apprentice style of sort, everyone is going to be stabbing each other in the back.
 
I've done one of these. It kinda sucked. But they basically were just looking for people they could get along with and gave us a bunch of little tasks to come up with. Come up with ideas for advertising and then do a presentation on some senarios and which one we would choose and why. Got free food and drink out of it that was nice.
