A week ago last Sunday I ordered a Tbred 1700+ from these folks.
Not only have I not gotten it yet, it hasn't even been SHIPPED!!

On their website they say the order is "pending" due to a unconfirmed address in my paypal account. (I moved awhile back)

Fine, so I have sent them two Emails asking what I need to do to expedite the situation, and I still haven't received a reply.

In the one I sent lastnight I told them that if the order wasn't shipped in two days, to cancel the order and return my payment to PayPal.
I can maybe understand a delay of a day or two, but this borders on ineptitude.

Anyone had any experience with these people?
 
well they finally emailed me back and told me how to prove I was who I said I was.

They also said they would refund my account $5.00 for the trouble.


I guess those guys are OK after all !! 🙂
