Anyone ever delt with Best Byte?

I've been trying to contact these jerk(s) for three days now. Sounds like a real "run out of the apartment" type of business. No answer at any of the phones, for three days, no answer to email. Orginally, on the first day, I called to add some stuff to my order, now I just want to cancel it.

I think I ordered some arctic silver from them once a year ago.

I ordered a compete water cooling system, PSU, some heat sinks, some fans, some sound dampening material and a couple other things three days ago and it still has'nt shipped so I thought I could add some stuff.. now I'm sure sure if I even want to do business w/ them. What weird is they only charged my credit card about 1/3 the amount I ordered.. what does that mean?

ive ordered as5, and a hsf from there before. all went through fine.
