I haven't personally but I've read in several forums about many who have and they always give Mushkin high marks in customer service. They usually seem more than willing to assist you. Give them a call and talk your issue over with them.
I had RMAed a PC2100 DDR 512 meg stick about a year ago to Mushkin. I had sent an email to them about the ram causing random reboots, and gave them the order number that was assigned to me when I bought it from them. They were very prompt in sending me a replacement stick and a package to send back the defective stick. :thumbsup: to Mushkins RMA policy.
