My wife just bought an antique typewriter off Ebay and when it arrived there is a chunk broken off the cast iron frame.
The guy who sold it sent it insured, but so far has not responded to her Emails telling him of the damage.
I was just wondering what the process of filing a claim against USPS insurance involves? Presumably it will come from him....any idea how long it takes? dO they need to see the damage? Its gonna cost us a fortune to ship this thing back to him...weighs a ton.
