There's a lot of sites around that will give you free quotes, but I can guarantee airline flying will be cheaper by far.

EDIT: Here you go, I wasn't too far off: http://www.sentientjet.com/pricing/

Depends on who, ill get the name my company uses.. we got 80 people that goes on annual trip.. a plane cost us around 30k... for a lot of people it's well worth it

Does this have to do with the abuse that your fiance suffered?

BTW, whatever happened to that thread? I go out to dinner and now I can't find it.

Mill, go to a local company and fly an older, less expensive jet, or even perhaps a propeller powered private planet.

NetJets uses the newest jets and will cost a bundle.

Nope, it doesn't have anything to do with it. I made this thread before that. We are getting married in the US and in Cartagena, and we just wanted to consolidate everyone over on one plane if it made sense.

I asked the mods to remove the thread because I am filing a complaint with ICE. I don't want there to be any backlash based on my posts that would lead them to disregard the complaint.

Anyone ever used a company like Bluestar Jets or NetJets? So far I'm not seeing it to be very practical.

Mill, I say this with all honesty.

Commercial will ALWAYS be cheaper than an FBO charter.

The only benefit to charters is the time/flexibility factor. There is no economic benefit.

If you are going to spend the $$$ on a charter plane, then I would suggest that you rather pay each person $1k so that they can purchase their own tickets and it will still be cheaper. The only condition that you can put is that they will have to attend your wedding in order to get that 1k.

oh..and am I invited ? ;)

also look to flying clubs. a pilot looking for hours + club prices on aircraft could be just the ticket for you.

Family friends bought into a Netjet so they could get to St Maarten without going commerical. And fly family home for the holidays. This is what I know of how their arrangement went down. Something like 2 million to partial buy a long range jet. When they want to fly they can arrange it within 24 hours. They pay a fee of something like 50-60k every time they fly to cover crew, fuel, and maintenance costs.

I don't know if netjets would let any person off the streets come in an rent a jet for a trip. I guess call them?
