Anyone ever bought overseas cigarettes online?

Hiya..

I found this site that sells name brand cigarettes for $14.95 a carton. ( U.S. funds )
I wont post the link because I am not sure if it is against the rules.

Anyway.. anybody ever done this before? Sounds to good to be true.
They claim I will not be charged duty tax.. and if I am just refuse the package for a full refund.

I have come close to ordering many times.. but scared it might be a scam.

yessmoke.com has been pretty reliable to the members on this board from what I've read. Also I heard that the cigs taste different compared to the USA counterparts.

I have a friend whose parents have done this. I'm not sure it's totally legal, but they have successfully done it. I don't know what site they use though.
