Anyone ever bought liquor online from a government run store?

I was looking up scotches.... inspired by the other threads and I wanted to get a shipping quote... just for sh!ts and giggles....

they only refrence the government site makes to your need to be over 21 is a fill in field that says

If you are 21 years of age or greater, by providing us with your date of birth you are confirming that you are legally able to purchase wine and spirits in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

then it prompts you to enter your date of birth MM/DD/YYYY style?!??!

It would seem to me that this is the typical college kid's dream come true! What's to stop any college kid with a paypal debit card to lie through their teeth on this one and get booze shipped right to the comfort of their own PO box or something???

subnote...

whats to stop someone from say.... delaware from ordering from this site.... I'll bet that extradition for attempting purchace across state lines isn't really in the cards.... what kind of enforcement do these guys have going????

whats the link to this. I live in PA, am 21, but dont have a car and if the shipping isnt bad, I really wouldnt mind ordering booze online every couple months.

oh, and whats to stop people in DE ordering from this site? Heinous taxes and stupid liquor laws in PA that out of state people dont want to pay/deal with.

only thing i have found is a site run by the LCB and it just allows you to order rare/hard to find wine and spirits to state run stores that you have to go pick up from. I guess cause too many people bitched about the poor selection of wine and rare spirits and were going over to jersey to buy them.
