anyone ever blowout their MCL? How long before your knee was back to normal, if ever?

what time frame are you looking at? Did it ever come back 100% or is that not realistic?

this is going to be a really wrong forum....there may be a couple though here.

100% in a knee depends on what you do though....you can argue that 100% means a knee that can play pro-ball, but most don't draw the same lines.
