Anyone ever been to/on Price is Right?

I was just watching probaly my favorite gameshow of all time... i was just wondering if anyone has ever been on the show or at least went to a taping.. and if so did they win anything?

Friend of mine from work won a freaking Ford Excursion 2 years ago on The Price is Right, she's a sweetheart & really deserved it.

Games were too easy on the Price is Right..I liked "Let's Make a Deal" better

Hey that's cool. I read about a Canadian tourist who won a car & the showcase show down on the Price is Right but was nailed badly by Customs.

If you go with a larger group of people dressed the same, chances of getting on increase a bunch. Same with military uniforms.

A bunch of girls in one of the sororites here went last year over spring break. One of them won the showcase, she had a chance to win a car with the dice game, but she ended up rolling a 2 and a 5, and went higher and lower, respectivly. The numbers ended up being 1 and 6. The local news was here and watched the show with them, then they had her to the station for a call-in and interview.

It was pretty neat, cause over at their sorority house, they watch TPIR every day together.

I saw one episode where this one guy from Vancouver made it to the showdown and one of the showcases included a trip to Vancouver. Bob guessed that he wasn't going to go for it, and the guy said: "That hotel is like 4 blocks down from where I live."
