Anyone ever been to a Wendy's that didn't have 99 cent menu?

I noticed on their commercials for hte 99 cent menu it has "At participating restaurants" in the top right...

I've never been to a Wendy's without a 99 cent menu...

Anyone else???
 
yeah all the places around here dropped the 99 cent items and only have like 3 things now instead of the whole menu.

 
Yeah, at the financial district in downtwon Richmond, they have a Wendy's inside one of the bank building. Wendy's express, no 99 cents stuff.
 
I go to the wendys close to my house and also at work and both have the 99 cent menu still.
maybe they dont put it up so you buy something more expensive.

Actually the Wendy's were I lived had a 1.09 "99 cent" menu
until someone complained the the corporate Wendy's made them
make it 99 cents again.
 
They have to say 'at participating' because a majority of them are not corporate owned. It seems that all chain companies use the 'at participating'.
 
When I visited California they had a wendy's with a $1.29 menu I believe. Someones gotta pay for the higher minimum wage there I guess. I got a chili, a sc/chive potato, and some water. So I didn't quite do it.

 
Our local airport's Wendy's doesn't have a 99 cent menu. Everything is like $5 instead.:Q
 
I can't imagine NYC wendy's having a $.99 menu ... they always overprice everything... it's probably $1.39 or something. Someone confirm.
 
I've been to one in St. Louis that had it, then they got rid of it(and bumped it to the 1.29 and 1.39 crap) and now they have it back again.
This same one also gives free refills, but when they do, they give you a whole new cup and make you throw your old one away. What a waste.

Confirmed.

I work near the WTC and the Wendy's here is not 99c.
