anyone ever been to a SANS Security training?

Company is sending me to a SANS training for a windows security course along with another manager so he can get his CPE credits for his CISSP. I don't have any certifications and was wondering what's class like and how hard the exams will be. Anyone ever been?

SANS is considered THE best training in the security field. I'm trying to get my employer to send me to it when they come here in March.
