I used to watch this show before and caught a few episodes again this week.

Anyway, one of the episodes really stood out, the one where Will's father comes back and ditches him. Will Smith's acting in the end were he starts yelling and then crying is awesome! I know it almost put me in tears.

Other episode is when he gets shot and he has this dialogue with Carlton, another strong acting on both sides.

Anyone else like the show and remember those two episodes?
 
Yeah i like the show. Amd I do remember both of these episodes. I think that Will Smith is a god actor. I would also like to point out that there are alot of white people on that show. I am origonally from New York and am not used to seeing that many white people on a prodomonantly black show.

I don't know. I am a youngin' and have only ever seen it on the WB. I first caught it after The Simsons and liked it.

Me Too. Can't get it completely right without the beat though.
I was sitten there maxin and relaxin all cool and shootin some b-ball outside the skool when of couple of guys; who were up to no good started makin trouble in my neighborhood. I got in one little figh and my ma got scared and said" your movin with your auntie and uncle in bel-air". i wistled for a cab and when i came near i saw dice on the mirror. if anything i could say the discount was rare so i said home to bel-air. pulled up to a house about seven or eight......
Can't get the rest right at all and I think i screwed the last line or two up too.

there we go. i really couldn't get it right jsut trying to type it. i guess that cause i can't typr the entire thing as fast as the beat actually goes it threw me off.
 
The best episode was when Will and Carlton go down to the 'hood for the bet they made that Carlton couldn't handle the 'hood.

Uncle Phil: "Will makes fun of me, but you see going 'yo, yo, yo, homie yo.'"

 
i just think it's hilarious how Sherman Helmsly came on as like three different characters 🙂 one of them even died! 😛

one of my favorite shows.
 
love the show. watched it when it originally aired, now watch the reruns in syndication. me and my friends can randomly utter a line, and we all kno where its from and start busting up. if its an exceptionally good episode, we'll even call each other and tell one another which episode is on. it was and still is a hilarious show, and i hope for a dvd series set. same goes for saved by the bell...

screech: "jaws win ze game, what does that mean??"
 
That was a high quality show! Too bad they just don't make them like that much nowadays... Dang I'm starting to sound old already 🙁
