My system got fuxxored, first Outlook acted screwy for a couple days, then I couldn't even get a boot into safe mode, took the opportunity to do a motherboard transplant & a system rebuild, (MSI K8N Neo I had laying around)...

Am trying out Thunderbird, not bad for free:)

every OS out there has it's particular use.

You can use linux for many things but if there is nothing on there you need to do, you have 2 choices.
Use it to learn more about it...
or if you already know as much as you want, either leave it alone or put something else on

I'm going to try adding it to our Active Directory domain and see if I can get Evolution to work with exchange.....

With various .vhd's, I find I am installing at least one operating system a week. Just received Virtual Server 2005, and will undoubtedly be attempting to implement that in the near future.

You can definiately get evolution to work with exchange, I've done it in the past.

The only catch is that I had to buy the connector software, which is about 69 dollars.

Works great too. I was able to keep using Linux at work while others had to suffer with Windows 2000.

I use ghost... but haven't needed to apply the image in well over 1.5 years... XP is solid for me and even though I still use IE, I've been virus/ad/trojan free.
