Anyone enable the ATI Overdrive feature??

I've never noticed that tab before, on my 9600XT, what would happen if i enable
the Overdrive tab?
Does it just overclock the card in times of stress?
Anyone try it?

Overdrive is enabled when the temps are low enough. I think the most anyone has seen out of it is 27MHz.
I have mine turned off and OC'd with Rage 3D Tweak.
