As of late, i cannot make a single international call. I know our account is provisioned for it, as it has worked in the past, but lately, it just rings and rings... Never even switches to the international ring...

Also, starting today, 1800 numbers stopped working.. I just get a fast busy signal when i try to dial them....

I tried calling Vonage the other night, but got sick of waiting on hold after 30 minutes and hung up....

Gonna try again now, i'm starting to have doubts about their service....

Hmmm, i can't even get their website to load now... WTF is going on.....

im calling to cancell now... this is bullshit 25 minnute wait to cancell WTF is this. Most people who call get a message "the # you have reached is not in service"

this is a joke... :disgust:

Works fine here... but it was off last week (first time in two years). I called them and they reset and updated my phone adapter, everythings perfect again.

still waiting on hold... gotta love this shit. you and sign up on the internet. but you got you call them on your freeking cell phone to cancell.

Woooooooow, where are all the fanboys now? I was saying the same thing when THREE AREA CODES around me (including mine) were out for a month in January/February. I got nothing but a bunch of smartass replies "mine works great", "been working great for over a year", "must be YOU!". Now everyone is realizing what was said back then.... Vonage is great when it works, but *GOD HELP YOU* if anything goes wrong or you want to cancel / reach a human.

CHARGES DETAIL itemizes the individual charges on your invoice.
* Termination fee of $39.99 will appear on line one.

this is bullshit bad service for 3 months then a Termination fee of $39.99 they are kidding. Im not paying this. I will call our credit card and dispute this and last months bill. I can play there game....

how are they charging me then ? I just cancelled today

Your Vonage DigitalVoice service has been cancelled and a final charge of $41.19 was issued to your credit card on 05/04/2005

how WAS it issued when its still 05/03/2005

They'll charge you tomorrow I guess.
It's the fee for the router they give out.
Just return it with the original box and contents, and you'll get your money back.

I couldn't return it cuz I didn't have any of that sh!t left after a year or so of using them.
I just sold it in ATFS, can't remember how much i sold it for tho.

SO if i return the POS they will re credit me the 39.99 ?

You have to return it with the original packaging and what not which is bullcrap if you ask me.

How many people keep the box and it's contents ?

dude I agree with you. But i think i actually have it. LOl i have to go look in my closet that loaded with PC junk.

:cookie:?

Our family pays $120 for 4 wireless lines.
It's much more convienient this way since noone is home.

Been on Vonage for about 5 months now, not a single problem. I call Canada daily, use like 2500-3000 minutes worth of calling a month, never a problem. If you can't get to their site or their service it sounds like your ISP blocked their services.
