Anyone else's Vonage just die?

Vonage->Vonage is routed differently than Vonage->PSTN and PSTN->Vonage...

anyway, they've been having MAJOR problems lately, the most common ones now are voicemail issues (vm indicator falsely indicating people have vm, updating xml doesn't help)...i don't think this has been resolved yet...

the other major one is the inability to receive calls from PSTN callers (people using a conventional phone service), different area codes have been going down over the last two weeks...

oh, and tech support is usually useless, but don't blame them -- vonage treats their employees like crap, pays them crap, you can't expect world class service from unhappy employees.
