I got wasted at like 6pm off steel reserve the past two days, which makes you really tired. So I pass out at about 9 and wake up at 1 or 2 and that's when my day starts.
My sleep cycle is different every other week. I work owls one week and days the next. Forever. Luckily my body never got out of the "get sleep whenever and wherever you can" groove after I got out of the Navy.
mine have been wacky for over a year now (since my wife and I seperated). i sleep when i have to, averaging about 2 - 3 hours a night. i pass out 1 day per week.
This week my sleep is very fitful... tossing and turning quite a bit. In terms of sleep time though - I'm in bed b/n 11 and 11:30 every night and wake up at the same time every morning - about 7. Extremely routine in that department.
