Anyone elses bellsouth DSL slow?

I'm in South Florida and am getting only about 500 down instead of the usual 2500. I know they are doing upgrades in this area, but has anyone else's bandwith suffered?

www.dslreports.com is your friend on these issues. They were doing upgrades in my area this weekend (West Palm) so you may just have to reboot the modem/router.
