Anyone elses allergies affected by temperature fluctuations?

My allergies seem to get really bad, to the point of having a sinus infection, when temperatures drop all of a sudden. We had 90s last week, then one day we had a 45 low. That same day I started developing horrible sinus congestion.

Now I don't know if I'm getting sick or if it's just allergies.

Is there an explanation for this?

Apparently, mine are too.

It was 85 here yesterday, and 60ish today. Yesterday afternoon and last night, I felt like sh**. My nose was constantly runny and my head hurt like crazy. Today, I still feel yucky, but better.

I am not sure either.

I had the same thing happen to me this week.

I almost feel like I am getting a cold, but my only symptom is sinus congestion.

I doubled my allergy meds to help out, but I still can only breathe through one nostril.

Glad I'm not the only one.

I'd just like to know what it is so I could maybe preempt it in the future. I live in Oklahoma, and we have sometimes huge temperature fluctuations before settling into full-blown Winter.
