Anyone else work straight through the holidays?

As of today I'll have worked Christmas Eve, Christmas day, New Years Eve, and New Years day and most days in between. Then again I work retail so that's not that unusual. Anyone else?

Worked more Christmas's than I can remember... So it's nice to be naked this week... the first holiday week I'm off. I'm soooo off... Cry me a river. I'm going back to being naked...

I've worked Thanksgiving,day after thankgiving, christmas eve, christmas day, new years eve, will work new years day. I work nights and that when all the fun happens in my line of work.

Umm yeah I wasn't complaining. I actually agreed to work new years day when asked after working the others. I've done something similar for the past 3 years. Just wondering what others are doing. No crying going on here. Get extra pay anyway!!

Phone company, midnight - 6am is when most of the maintenance takes place.

I've been working 12 hr days from the dec 22 to the present. I'll get a 6 days off from work starting jan 5th before it starts all over again the 12th, but this time for 3 weeks straight.

I typically don't take a big vacation at the end of the year. I like to spread my vacation days out over the course of the year. My work schedule is "business as usual" through Thanksgiving/Christmas/New Years.

I'm an 8-5 office/salary monkey though. I remember when I was younger I pulled some crazy hours at the end of the year. I worked 36 hours straight once - that was a nice pay check.
