Anyone else wish the holidays were over and done with?

Seems like the world comes to a stop. Nothing is open and I'm sitting at home bored. This after spending time at my parents and the in-laws. I think I'd rather be at work.

yea i know. guess it sucked cuz i had to work on monday and then off tues and then back to work on wed.

yeah that does suck. this is my first year out of schoolwhere i have to go to work the next day, should've saved some vacation days, oh well.

Yeah it's nice to relax and be with friends and family. New years is right around the corner, and valentine's day is after that.... so the torture isn't over yet, especially the media torture.

Now that I'm not a kid anymore, I don't really care for the holidays. Its probably different for other people but I have no aunts/uncles in this country so its not like we have a big family get together. Just my parents and I see them everday.

I love it, I can drive around without dealing with 10000 cars around. I took nice efficient drive around the city (Ann Arbor, MI) this morning.
