Normally, I give a show like this about 5 seconds.
It's actually funny and the actor playing the boss is PERFECTLY cast. he is funny and quick witted. It's actually funny watching the contestants fall for this and it's also funyn to see how stupid they are.
What got me hooked (spolier):
There is a realy boss and a real job awaiting the winner. But htey won't say who it is till the last episode. My guess is Larry Flyny. He'd do something like this and he fits the title of hte show perfectly.

At the beginning, the contestants were served appatizers and expensive champaign. It was funny watching them eat and drink. Comments like this food is incredible and the best champaign ever were given out. They also said things like, "I wish I could live like this".
Then they said what they were consuming. The cheapest champaign from the local corner store and the appatizers were a mixture of something liky mayo, ketchup and some other stuff, all put in a blender and served on chips. The key ingrediant? SPAM! I laughed my a$$ off.
It's so funny watching the contestants because it is so obvious how fake they are.
First task. Start at the bottom. Pan handlers! it was great watching these pathetic people trying to bum money off of people. From watching that bit though, it became fairly apparent that they didn't exactly pick the smartest people for the show.
