Anyone else utterly disappointed at nForce2 mobos?

I agree - I don't expect an NF2A revision (I hate those revisions as well), it's just not nVidia's style.

I'm still suspecting a BIOS update will let the 400 MHz processors run fine, considering that it's not like the Bartons were unheard of when the NF2 was being finalized for design specs and such. But, that's still speculation, and I wouldn't mind seeing confirmation from a source other than that Inquirer article.

I would be willing to bet that all of these boards will do over 200 fsb. I had two 1700+ cpu's and one works well over 200 fsb and the other only gets to about 180-185 before crapping out. I know the motherboard and ram will work at over 200 fsb but this particular cpu would not.
