I went to mozilla.org to update to Mozilla 1.2.1, and I see this link about "Phoenix"
The Phoenix web browser is a spin-off of Mozilla/Gecko and it appears to be a leaner version (Browser only - no extra bloat like newsreader/e-mail/IM etc...)
I have been using it for 2 days now and I like what I see so far! The extensions (mini-application plugins) are pretty cool (clicking on a bookmark folder and SIMULTANIOUSLY launching all the links in individual tabs is SOOOO cool!) and there are already many themes available that look very good! It seems to render a tad quicker than IE/Netscape/Mozilla (I have tuned it with a tweak found in the FAQ for faster rendering) and it has built-in popup blocking (yay!)
Give it a try - no install - just download, unzip, and run!
