Anyone else tired of MARVEL Comics' movies

Ok, i admit that Spiderman and xmen were good, but the plots in their movies are getting as repetitive as StarGate SG1.

Plot:
1. Future superhero (who is probably a nobody) gets exposed to some mutagen (like radiation, large doses of electricity, something biological, etc.)
2. Future evil hero gets something similar
3. Future superhero begins to fight crime
4. Evil hero starts to do crime
5. Something happens to superhero that turns the public opinion against him
6. Superhero gets thought of as a bad guy by the general public
7. Evil hero trys to kill someone the superhero loves and/or blows up the earth
8. Superhero saves the earth and kills evil hero and/or captures him
9. Woman falls in love with superhero

Similar to every Stargate SG1 episode where the plot is one of four things:
1. Evil aliens try to destroy earth
2. Evil aliens mind control member of SG1 team or create a dublicate of him in order to aid in the destruction of earth
3. SG1 team gets trapped
4. SG1 team member gets kidnapped

XMEN SUCKED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! super hero teams are always the worst. Hulk ruled...Otherwise, Ironman would be nice.

superman all the way baby.

Just about everything has recycled plots.

Archetypal Hero
Archetypal Villain
Archetypal Fall
Archetypal Wise man
etc

It's all about HOW you recycle plots.
I can think of 3 "trapped" episodes from SG1, and all are totally different.
There's the ep when Jack and Samantha get trapped by the second Stargate.
There's the episode where Jack and Teal'c get trapped in a time loop.
There's the episode where SG1 get trapped in the past (ancient Egypt).
Are you trying to tell me all those "trapped" episodes are the same?

Obviously with comic book heroes they are all the same, because that's the way comics go.

Marvel Comics are the best! Keep 'em coming.

'Nuff said.

do you know any good places to register a domain name?

Read your thread. I'm not familiar with any Canon scheduled maintenance, but I can always look in the user manual.

I'd recommend either Namecheap.com or GoDaddy... I've used both and they are popular for a reason.

All the Marvel superhero movies take place in NYC (like most of the comics). When are we going to have a teamup- or a Trilogy?🙂

Oh, and btw- SG1 RULES!!!!!😛
