Anyone else think the Judge from the Anna Nicole Smith case

I can't belive how long it is takeing to make the fvckign decision. this judge is a joke. what a waste of taxpayer money.
 
Call me "not pessimistic" but I don't believe that he's acting for the cameras. I've seen interviews with counsel that have been before this judge for the past 10yrs and he's ALWAYS this way. Why does one assume, when they're confronted with an incredibly unprofessional (oh my Science, how I hate that) judge, that he's acting for the cameras?
 
hahaha i started watching the live court. its a blast! this judge is amazing!

he is allowinga witness to testify by PHONE!@ the other lawyers are going nuts. hahaha
 
the judge was so emotional. Its funny. I dunno maybe he's torn or something, but this is a probate judge, you'd think if it was family court it'd be some what acceptable in that he often might force to break families apart.

You know I don't get why Howard Stern or the mom broke down. Sure they lost sole decision but I highly doubt the guardian who decide to bury here somwhere else. Its texas or bahamas. either the mom or stern will win in that regard. though I betting it'll be the bahamas.

blah whatever the who's daddy part will be better.
 
i don't think anyone really cares where she is burried. teh whole thing is about the baby and the money. wich is another case.

just amazed it took this long to say what he shoul dhave said after 1 day. it was a joke (though fun to watch actually). when the judge allowed them to have a witness give testormony over the phone it was great! heh

i bet the reason the judge was so emotional is he knows he fvcked it up. he is al aughing stock.

To me, the issue was black and white. In Anna's capacity as a free, human being, she chose to be with Howard Stern and engage in a long-lasting and loving relationship. They would have gotten married this week had it not been for her death. Through these means, to me, she has demonstrated that she wished to be with Howard K. Stern indefinitely and I would have awarded him the body. It's clear and unambiguous to me.
