I seem to remember a huge outcry when the US government decided that there would be no more colored berets cause it made everyone who was not green or red feel bad... so hey were gonna make all the berets the same color and they were gonna give the contract for making these berets for our soldiers to China. But once the public found out, they raised he!! ...

i wonder what happened with that.

I find it odd that on Saint Patrick's day, everyone thinks they're Irish, but on Cinco De Mayo, no thinks they're Mexican. Why do you suppose that is?

I think it's odd that we spend Cinco de Mayo in the U.S. but go to Mexico for the 4th of July.

Who does that?

People who want their own fireworks

Fireworks are illegal here but everyone still uses them.. unless you live in southern Texas, Arizona, or California, going to Mexico makes no sense.

We think we're Irish because we drink green beer or what? 🙂

Probably becauses Cinco De Mayo is not a widespread celibration.

You can put Kwanzaa in that category as well.
