Anyone else sick today?

Im upset, made the thread trying to help thoes who will be eating alone today and looks like I will be one of them. Had a cough for the last couple days and last night turned into a all out cold with the runny noes, horse voice, and clogged ears. Was going to go over to the in laws with the family but since they are all on the very older side it wouldnt be right of me in my condition to bring my sick ass over and make them ill. So now I get to stay home while they go have fun, OH JOY 🙁

I guess I can be thankful its just a cold and its only the second time in my life I been sick on a Holiday. Had the flu on Christmas when I was a kid. That sucked puking all over the presents 😱

You don't have to stay home alone. Just buy a bottle of antibacterial hand sanitizer, take a few dayquils and don't touch anything..lol.

Nah, not worth the chance of getting my In laws sick. They are in the late 60's to early 70's, and a cold can be extremely hard for someone that old and can turn to Pneumonia. As much as I really want to go over and converse and be with family its for the best I didnt.

Will be getting the ole Nyquil out tonight though.
