nope, but my hamstrings are fricken tight today. thank god i have class tonight, going to ask one of my classmates to do some MET's on my legs.

it's been hurting for over a month now.

wow...last night was REALLY bad..while driving too. I almost had to pull over b/c it hurt so much and i was on the verge of tears.

stress = no good. 🙁
