Anyone Else Receiving Odd Charges To Their PayPal Account?

Just got a message from PayPal that my PayPal debit card had a pending initial charge on it from a company called "GALWAY TELECOMMUNICATI ALLEN TX"

I have not used the debit card for anything other than an order from ComputerGeeks and one from Newegg, and can't quite figure out who Galway Telecom is...

Anyone else receiving any odd charges?

I would recommend calling the number on the back of the debit card if you think there is an issue.
