Just curious. I have been playing it since it came out, and still do. I'm 100% completed with it but it's such a fun game, honestly one of my favorite games of all time for some odd reason. Very fun.

The open world online mode (started the 'genre') is what makes it such a great game, plus all the cars available.

Anyone else on AT play? I know a lot of people still do but never knew if anyone here did.

I played this on PC for several weeks, moved back to BF2. I've now been playing my 360 since I bought it in Oct 07 and this thread reminded me about the game. I downloaded the demo for TDU and liked it for the console. So, I went out to Gamestop this evening, but they didn't have any used or new copies. I'll try the other Gamestop today.

I was ate up with it the first 3 months I had a 360 back in '06, it was almost all I played. We formed a club, would hang out virtually, do group rides around the island, have a drunk driving night (the only acceptable form of it, virtual. Maybe not even then? 😛 ) Hang out at the drag strip by the golf course, and use our cycles to curb jump the river, catch some serious air, and land on the golf course. Hit the portal to the little offshore island loop, clip through the rocks to the resort and have a look around, ect.

We'd have races that required a car most people hadn't gotten yet, to encourage people to pick it up for their collection, make really good custom challenges at the Diner, good times man. I'd need a few days to get back into the hang of driving again I'm certain. I should check where I'm at in the standings on some of the top speed races too. I used to be #3 on one of the races you couldn't glitch on. The trick was dumping it in 4th right off in the McLaren, banging through the last couple gears flawlessly, and perfectly timing a sling shot off of a car in traffic for that little extra boost that would yield a top 10 time.

It may be the most fun I've ever had in multiplayer, thanks to the fact you could just hang out with other players and not have to deal with it being competitive all the time. An AT TDU night would have been a blast, no doubt about that.
