They go around acting like thier VW Jetta costs more then 100k, and is better than a BMW or Mercedes. Heck only stuck up (not all) BMW owners come close to Jetta owner's stuck-upness.

They really think just cause they drive a Jetta they're better than everyone else. I mean WTF its just a Jetta, a ticking time bomb on wheels.

Anyone else agree? Disagree? What about you Jetta owners?

Edit- Also I know a lot of you say you see women driving Jetta's mostly, but over here I see mostly 25 - 35 y/o men drive them.

Have you always been an Elite Member? I just noticed that. My member is elite but the mods refuse to recognize that. I guess they're intimidated.

I have a friend who owned a Jetta once but he's not like that at all.

After the transmission blew up on him three times in 75k miles he got rid of it and has owned nothing but Hondas/Acura cars ever since.

Maybe it's a Canadian thing...

It is true. I have a few friends who have VW's and they are all like this. However, I dont see the same attitude out of them when something breaks down in their VW.

i don't know anyone like that.

most VW owners i know don't know anything about cars, that's why they drive VW's. they drive it because it's "cute."

I used to see that all the time when one of my buddies owned a Jetta, thought his jetta was hot sh*t. He also was in a VW car club, they all thought their "german" cars were gods answer to cars. Guess what, your Jetta is just about as german as a burrito, since they are made in mexico!

Sounds like the typical ricer attitude, has nothing to do with VW. I see far more Honda owners that act like that.

Do you always group people and then generalize about them or are you just pissed off at someone in particular??
