Anyone else notice cellphone robocalls are being ID'ed?

Interesting that people are talking like calls are only on cellphones nowadays. I still have a landline because it works out as a better value to have the triple play package than a double play without phone. Most robocalls come through there, annoyingly enough. And only on the FIOS landline does it ever get labeled "SPAM?" Nomorobo was great, until spammers started spoofing your local exchange about a year ago.

Never see any spam identified on the cell screen, though I do occasionally get calls. I think T-Mobile is doing better at prevention.

It might have already been mentioned but this is a carrier thing. ATT used to have it as a special opt-in and now they're doing it for everyone.

Heh, kind of like how office fax machines today are basically just receptacles for spam print.

Let's just say I don't like giving out my cell number to everyone like people for hire, doctors, whatever registration/signups, town records, etc. My landline has its uses.

i dont get spam calls
I didn't either until a few years ago. Gave out my # when refinancing mortgage. Beginning of the end. If I had to do it over would have gotten a Google # to give out for these types of things.

This but it was the RC cruise the wife set up. She gave them my cell # instead of hers. Vicious womenz.

I work for AT&T and use T-Mobile personally. Both phones continue to get Spam calls and Robocalls. Nothing being said about doing anything about it actually is happening. Heck, I get DirecTV Spam calls to my corporate AT&T mobile phone.
