Anyone Else NOT Impressed with GMail?

I don't like the contact section, and the non-rich text formatting in their emails.

I think most of it is VERY intuitive, except for the contact list administration (seems too plain after all the other ideas they threw into gmail). Overall, impressed.

I like it a lot, conversation handling is really cool, their spell check works great, and I dont mind about the lack of rich text. The only thing really holding me back about using gmail full time is lack of external POP3 checking. But I still wish they'd ban the word from these forums.
