Anyone else not finish videogames they start? Which ones are you in the middle of?

Currently I have started and put in a lot of hours, but not finished:

Final Fantasy 7

Resident Evil 3 (last boss, never beat him)

Final Fantasy 3 (last dungeon, been playing for 4 years now)

Silent Hill

No One Lives Forever (somehow lost my cd)

Age of Mythology

Curse of Monkey Island (just got to second cd)


I am sure there are more but I cant think of them right now...

the only game i've finsihed to the end in a long time is Splinter Cell

i've been half way through Halo for about a year now, and half way through 007 Nightfire since christmas

The only game I have played that you listed is FF7 and I beat it :/

I play Counter-Strike but you can really ever beat it However, I did beat Half-Life.

I never finish any of them, I get bored quickly. I've never completed both Grand Theft Autos for one although I do own them. I even waited on line at 8AM to get my copy of Vice City...

FF7 I got about halfway...The part in the snow where you kept gettiing lost..

I was never able to finish the last board on Goldeneye for the N64.

I have Medal of Honor Allied Assault and Spearhead and I ve only play the fist couple missions on both, I get my money's worth with the multiplayer.

Metroid and Splinter cell.

Started Metorid back in January lost patience and haven't played it since March I'm at 30%. I do plan to finish it one of these days.

Started Splinter Cell in January. Got to the Chinese Embassy and I keep dying. I?m tired of having to listen to the same laser tap conversation over and over again. I haven't played since the first of April.

Oh yeah I bought Alice when it first came out a couple years back. I was close to finishing the game. I was in the hedge rows where you fight all the card dudes. Computer crashed and I lost my game. One of these days I plan to reinstall the game and finish it. Maybe I'll start today.

Usually I try to finish them. Last one I didn't bother finishing was Jagged Alliance 2. The game was actually pretty good, I just got bored and moved on.

Right now I'm in the middle of Zelda: Wind Waker but I'm certainly not bored with it yet.

AvPII, stuck at the end of the "marine" mission (the alien level was awesome) . . . problems with the computer (PS, I think) . . .

I finish most of my games unless it is 1) horrible (I rarely buy one but do have game-types - like RPGs - I don't care for), 2) boring (I never finshed Sacrifice), 3) has annoying platform-type "saves" (never finished Giants or Soul Reaver) or is 4) "buggy" (Project IGI for my O/S).

I am rarely stop in the "middle" of a game. Either it doesn't "hook" and I just put it away - or else I like and finish it (I don't have a game I liked that I haven't finished - yet).

I just recently finshed Unreal. The orginal one. I bought it way back when, played it for a while, got interested in another game, then finally reloaded it and finished it.

If the game is a good one, then I will usually keep playing it until I beat it. It's just something I have to accomplish... one game at a time.

Most others I lose interest in or the bugs just turn me off. I am trying to finish Cossacks, but I think I came upon a bug in one of the missions, which is not allowing me to finish the mission.

Out of the 50+ rpgs I own, I think I only finished FF7 and Front Mission 3 to the very end. Most of the time, I play them for a couple hours and then lose interest really quickly. I think I was at the last bost of Chrono Cross and then I got bored and never touched it again . Im still determined to finish FF8 but I never have the patience or time to play it. One of these days, I'll sit down and finish it... hopefully
