Anyone else not able to sign on Aim or icq?

I just tried to get on both and i can't sign in.

i finally got on after about 20 tries, it kept saying "aim service can not be reached" icq still won't let me on.

I got on AIM fine, but ICQ doesn't work.

Yeah, I'm having problems connecting too. I'm on AIM now, but nobody else on my list is. STill can't connect to ICQ..

Not very surprising, considering they're one in the same. Maybe they're upgrading their servers.
