Anyone else LOVE those hair buzzer things they use to buzz your hair?

You know the ones I am talking about, where they buzz your hair close to your skin, like around your hairline. They feel SO GOOD with the light vibration. I love getting a haircut for this reason. Would it be weird, if I already got a haircut, to get an appointment at another haircut place and just ask them to run those buzzers along my hairline, not cutting any more hair, but just for the feeling? I don't want to give the impression that I am a weirdo LOL.

Thanks!

i really enjoyed it when the tiny dark haired girl with a great ass at my local place was doing that, or, really, anything. didn't hurt that she actually did a really great job with my hair, either. sadly, she left in october and i have no clue where to find her.

You can buy the cutters and do it yourself.

I love the scalp massage along with the neck and face massage. When I travel to Asia, I try to get a haircut for this reason.

This is why you tell her she did a great job, give her a big tip, and ask for a business card with off-site contact info in case she ever relocates.

The hair buzzer things are called clippers. You might want to try one of those motorized helmet massagers, though probably a lot weaker than clippers.

Been buzzing my head weekly with a Wahl wireless clipper for many years now. Doesn't feel as relaxing when you do it yourself, but it does when the barber is.

What's amazing is the warm shaving cream they use. It's warm for just a couple seconds but it's luxurious

the dumb part is that she wasn't available in mid september for like 2 weeks, i thought she'd already left. turns out she was on vacation. as i was driving away i thought i should give her my card and tell her to leave me a message if she left.

I've got an old Wahl buzz saw. Mofo is loud, like in an old barber shop. I only use it rarely now for the super-fine fuzz on the back of my neck. You can't really let that shit grow out w/o it looking . . . just really odd.

edit - Phiips/Norelco make an electric razor that you use in way vaguely like a blade razor. I've had one for about 4 years now. I might try that next time.

I love that feeling too. As a long haired guy I don't get to feel it that often anymore though. :p I still get them to trim the little hairs behind the neck though when I go for a maintenance trim so there's that.
