Anyone else lose all access on google for no reason?

So I go to my library on google music to listen to stuff at work and it gives me some stupid ad telling me to try all access for only 9.99 a month. I thought this was weird since I was already signed up for all access but sure enough it had been randomly cancelled out of nowhere. I'm pissed off because I was locked into the 7.99 a month and now that is gone, I didn't get an email or anything saying that my all access subscription was ending, it just disappeared. Did this happen to anyone else? Should I call them up and bitch about it?

Meh I just wanted to see if it had happened to anyone else, plus I had to wait until lunch to call since I'm at work.

Anyways, for anyone else who's having this problem, the guy told me they're getting a ton of calls about this today and he moved my case to a "specialist" team since they're figuring out how to deal with it. He was telling me it should be resolved within a day or two, I wish they could have just fixed it right there but as long as it gets resolved in a couple days I'll be fine with it.

side question: Does anyone know if they All Access with-hold/delays new releases? I can't find any information on it.
Specifically, i wanted a listen to the new Jay-Z album but it's not in All Access but available for purchase in Google Play Music store.

that one never made sense to me
if the world ends, I most definitely will want to escape, and if I can't play my DLC, and can't activate Windows, that's going to be gay.

My 1000s of vinyl records and cassettes. Hell, even without power I could listen to my records.
