Wonder what angle they are going to take on it and how factual it will be, probably not at all but still I wonder, since stop loss is very legal and has been used before.

INFOS on stop loss.

Ryan Phillippe comes off as a little feminine to me, so I can't picture him playing a military role.

However, the topic seems very intriguing.

Stop Loss is about a soldier, that is back home in Texas after fighting in Iraq, but soon the government wants him out to battle again, which he refuses to go through.

Ugh.

Problem is the contract says...

"In the event of war, my enlistment in the Armed Forces continues until six (6) months after the war ends, unless the enlistment is ended sooner by the President of the United States"

We have not been at war since WW2. There have only been 4 legal wars, declared by congress. War of 1812, spanish american war, WW1, and WW2. All others have been conflicts or what ever you like to call them.
