Anyone else like the movie Sleepers?

I really liked this movie. Kevin Bacon is such a sick bastard in this flick. If revenge floats your boat, this is a movie for you!

The only thing that sucks is that the movie is on both sides of the dvd. I really hate that.

Yep, an all star cast. I'll admit it, I like Brad Pitt in movies.

It's based on this book. It looks like it is based on a true story, unfortunately.

Ahh, okay. I was reading about the book on Amazon, and it said it was a memoir of what the author experienced at that juvenile facility. I sure hope it's fictional...

Yeah, I think it also says at the end of the movie that the author insists it is all true. I guess the only people who really know are the people who were or were not involved...

It had such a wonderful cast and yet they produced a pile of crap.

A disturbing movie indeed, but amazing performances, especially by Kevin Bacon who is one of my favourite actors. He has a real talent for playing psychopaths. That's not why I like him, though. Eeeerrr... I'll just shut up.
