Teleport uppercut + HP + Spear + HP + HP + LK + HK + LP + Far Bomb (as a followup 😀)
Edit - Instead of Far Bomb, you can be a dick and pull Invisibility, then distract him with a little smack talk to mask the sound of the next Teleport Uppercut. 😀
Edit2 - Oops. Getting my cyborgs mixed up. Cyrax does the Far Bomb (below)

I don't recall needing the back+HK. Might be different in arcade vs PSX revisions.
