Anyone else interested in seeing Stephen King's "Nightmares and Dreamscapes" on TNT tonight.

I want to see the one where the toy soldiers attack the guy.

That was a great story, I hope it translates well to film. I'd like to see The Mist made into a movie.

Looks interesting but the commercials confuse me. Is it like Outer Limits or Twilight Zone, aka a bunch of short stories?

I would hope so. It's based off the book, which was full of short stories.

I've had it Tivo'd for a while - let's hope it's no "Dreamcatcher." 😛uke;

The stories they picked look OK. I would have liked to see "Dolan's Cadillac" and some of the more far-fetched stories (Chattery Teeth, or the one with that damn finger coming out of the drain) filmed, but that probably wouldn't be mainstream enough for others.

Man...I am glad you reminded me, thank you🙂

I cant wait to The Sun Dog one!

edit:I was thinking Four Past Midnight🙁

Umm...Guys? According to my TV listings, it is on at 9pm and then AGAIN at 10pm

Hope you guys don't miss the first episode....

EDIT: to clarify, there are TWO different episodes on tonight, not one episode at 9 and then repeated at 10. My message above could be misunderstood...

Wow - I thought they started at 10 too, my Tivo's getting them so no worries.

cKgunslinger, I think "Dolans Cadillac" has been optioned for a movie. I hope the ratings are good and they make more of these, I love his short stories. Apparently the first two episodes are pretty good according to the local TV critic.

Argh!!!!!! I missed the first one and was underwhelmed by 'Crouch End.'

I have taped and watched the ones that have been shown so far, and I thought they have all been OK, not great, but definitely OK.
