anyone else in the bay area with AT&T TDMA having trouble?

i'm in the bay are with at&t TDMA, and the last 3 weeks or so during the day, the service is basically unusable. i have reception but when i call, it can't go through (congestion?). sometimes it takes 30 minutes to get through, and same goes for people trying to reach me. for instance, i'm trying to dial my voice-mail right now and i've been doing so for 10 minutes straight. i got though once but it got messed up and didn't recognize my phone's automatic PIN entry, so i've been trying to get through again. i'm about to drop kick my phone. i called to complain and of course when they called me on the phone to test it, it worked perfectly.

anyone else noticing major congestion on the network? maybe my phone is just getting ready to die...
