Anyone else in here a curler?

I am looking to get back into the sport and will hopefully be heading out to an open house this weekend.

At the height of my curling experience I participated in the college national championships in Wisconson but have taken a few years off.

So who else plays?

i just took a class on curling at the McFarland, Wisconsin facility. It was a lot of fun. Seemed very much like an exclusive community so it turned me off. But the sport itself was fun.

I curled for the first time yesterday. It mostly resulted in me falling on my ass when sweeping and trying to keep up with the stone.
